Accounting and Financial Analyst
This position is responsible for recording and reconciling financial information to ensure accuracy of the organization’s financial records。 Analyzes financial performance to advise the company on its financial strategyand budgeting。 Monitors, and reports on key metrics for the organization and provides technical support to the Controller/Sr。 Director of Finance and Administration. Works cross-functionally to support budgeting and development needs and ensure appropriate forecasting of funds.
The Database Coordinator supports the Development Department in overall coordination of the Museum's annual fundraising efforts through effective database management, data entry, gift tracking and acknowledgement, solicitation list management, and the coordination of mailings and email blasts. This includes departmental oversight of financial record reconciliation, campaign and fund tracking, coordination of grant-related dates and actions, and donor tax-related information.
